To the problem of the quadrupole pairing constants
Description
Multipole-multipole interaction in the particle-particle channel at various correlations between n-n, p-p, and n-p constants is studied. For Te and Cd isotopes there were calculated the enerigies of 2+- and 3- -states and the probabilities of E2- and E3-transitions at various values of constants of new forces
