Influence of Eu addition and gamma irradiation on mechanical memory effect in PLZT system

Description
Influence of gamma irradiation and doping on mechanical memory effect expressed in memorizing by the sample of preliminary impact of uniaxial pressure on the material is studied. It is established for the first time that relaxation time of Tp infra-low-frequency dielectric polarization under effect of uniaxial pressure decreases in the course of time according to the law of double exponential curve.
