Change of X-ray polarization state during surface diffraction

Description

It is shown, that transformation of linear polarization of X-ray quanta into circular polarization takes place under conditions of surface diffraction. Parameter dependences of polarization elipses, mirror reflected and diffracted into wave vacuum, on relative parameters for incident wave with arbitrary polarization are found
