Distribution of point defects after neutron irradiation in crystal materials

Description

In neutron irradiated crystal materials processes of defect ordered structures generation take place. The simplest model of point defects distribution in irradiated crystals is considered. The analytical expressions for critical values of system parameters, above which the formation of self-organizing structures of radiation point defects occurs, are obtained

Abstract (Russian)

При облучении нейтронами в кристаллических материалах происходят процессы генерации упорядоченных структур дефектов. Рассмотрена простейшая модель распределения точечных дефектов в облучаемых кристаллах. Получены аналитические выражения для критических значений параметров системы, при превышении которых происходит образование самоорганизующихся структур радиационных точечных дефектов
