Development of deformation texture during cold rolling of molybdenum. Dependence on distribution function of initial state orientations

  • 1. AN SSSR, Chernogolovka. Inst. Fiziki Tverdogo Tela

Description

Effect of different textures of initial state, met with in practice, on the texture formed in the resul of subsequent cold rolling of metal-ceramic molybdenum is studied. It is shown that application of recrystallization annealing for the sheet 1.5 mm thick results in a considerable decrese of the contribution to textuke from (001) < 110 > - (113) 11O orientations. On the basis of equation for development of orientational distribution functions with the increase of deformation degree obtained is the similarity ratio for values of orientational distribution function (DFO) in the preferred orientations. A satisfactory fulfilment of the similarity ratio is confirmed by analysis of DFO values both in case of lengthwise and cross rolling
