Pectin polysaccharides of artichoke before and after inulin extraction

Description

A comparative study of hydrolysis-extraction process of pectin polysaccharides of artichoke tubers before and after inulin extraction was carried out. A low yield of the main fractions of pectin polysaccharides - micro gel and pectin substances, with a high content of oligosaccharides is shown. (author)
