Measurement of structure-function ratios on isoscalar targets
Description
In the framework of the present thesis an analysis of the structure-function ratios of the deep inelastic muon scattering on isoscalar targets (6Li, 12C, 40Ca) is treated. The data set taken up at a muon beam energy of 90 GeV exhibits low statistical errors. Beside it contains because of the principle of complementary targets a comparably low systematic error. The kinematically covered range lies in x between 0.01-0.7 and in the four-momentum transfer Q2 at 1-20 GeV2. The kinematical dependences of structure-function rations as well as the dependence on the mass number A of the three targets were studied. Differences of structure functions were formed by means of the measured ratios. (orig./HSI)

Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wird eine Analyse der Strukturfunktionsverhaeltnisse der tiefinelastischen Myonstreuung an isoskalaren Targets (6Li, 12C, 40Ca) behandelt. Der bei einer Myon-Strahlenergie von 90 GeV aufgenommene Datensatz weist geringe statistische Fehler auf. Daneben beinhaltet er aufgrund des Prinzips der komplementaeren Targets einen vergleichbar geringen systematischen Fehler. Der kinematisch abgedeckte Bereich liegt in x zwischen 0.01-0.7 und im Viererimpulsuebertrag Q2 bei 1-20 GeV2. Es wurden die kinematischen Abhaengigkeiten von Strukturfunktionsverhaeltnissen sowie die Abhaengigkeit von der Massenzahl A der drei Targetmaterialien untersucht. Differenzen von Strukturfunktionen wurden anhand der gemessenen Verhaeltnisse gebildet. (orig./HSI)Additional details
