Electrical-master-slave manipulator system for initial jobs in reprocessing plants
Description
With its sensitive energy feedback, the electrical Master-Slave-Manipulator opens up optimal possibilities for the operator to solve many different tasks. By means of the option of different energy transmission ratios from Master to Slave, sensitive tasks as well as energy intensive operations can be made possible with one appliance. A description of the family of manipulators as available at the present time is given. First a general technical description of the four units is given, then the mechanical construction of shafts, gears and ropes is given. Servicing of the manipulators is simplified as they are built according to a modular system in which the most important components can be exchanged by the operator by remote control. (author)
