Peculiarities of optical properties variation of zinc orthotitanate under separate and joint irradiation by electrons, protons and electromagnetic radiation

Description
Joint pair irradiation of zinc orthotitanate by electrons and protons, electrons and electromagnetic radiation (EMR) was investigated. It is shown that defects, induced in Zn2TiO4 powders by electrons during simultaneous irradiation, are annealed EMR of solar spectrum and 3 keV protons. Annealing is more noticeable in the visible and near IR spectrum region, where absorption bands, typical for nonreacted ZnO and TiO2 phases, but not for Zn2TiO4 matrix, are detected
