Document of recommendations related to the development of technologies using solar radiation in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence district

After a recall of ambitious objectives defined by the European Union, and of the commitment of France for a sustainable development (the Sun Plan, a programme bill, the Grenelle de l'Environnement), and a presentation of the contribution of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence General Council to the implementation of solar and renewable energy projects, this publication proposes a set of recommendations for the development of energies based on the use of solar radiation in the district, respectively in the case of individual housing, of larger roof surfaces, of photovoltaic farms, and of solar thermodynamic plants. It also presents the creation of single window approach for project holders. Appendices notably indicate various procedures to be followed before the development of a photovoltaic farm of of a thermodynamic plant. Two (very similar) versions of the document are provided
