After a survey of experimental data the nuclear compton scattering and the derivation of the dipole- and GGT-sum rules are discussed. The calculation that have been performed on dipole sum enhancement and dispersion relation sum rules are considered. (BJ)

Nach einem Ueberblick ueber experimentelle Daten werden die nukleare Comptonstreuung und die Ableitung von der Dipol- und GGT-Summenregel diskutiert. Die Berechnungen fuer Dipol-Summenverstaerkung und Summenregeln nach dem Dispersionsgesetz werden diskutiert. (BJ)
