Scientific Publication in Evaluating Research and Development Activities

Research and development activities as the agent of change and growth of socio-economic needs to be emphasized and the results should benefit society. This goal can be achieved if all the results of research and development are published and spread among the society . Each year the number of publications increased in line with the increase in the number of research grants from the government. As one of the criteria for measuring the performance of research, publications must be made available not only in refereed journals but also in high-impact journals so that the results of research and development could be recognized internationally.
