Description
A OTA-based narrow pulse peak hold circuit is presented. The input signal varies with pulse-width (10ns-250ns) and frequency (single pulse ∼kHz). Both spice simulation and practical test results show that this circuit has a high dynamic range and a small nonlinearity. (authors)
