Superconducting properties of amorphous Sisub(1-x)Ausub(x) near metal-insulator transition
- 1. Tokyo Univ. (Japan). Inst. for Solid State Physics
Description
Measurements of electrical resistance and magnetic susceptibility are reported on superconducting amorphous Sisub(1-x)Ausub(x). The upper critical field Bsub(c2) was determined from the electrical resistance measurement under magnetic fields. The magnetic penetration depth lambda was obtained by measuring the superconducting diamagnetic susceptibility. The results are compared with the Ginzburg-Landau theory and the localization and electron interaction effects are discussed. (author)
