Description

Contribution of strange quark spin to the proton spin, Δs, is one of the major interests in connection with 'Proton Spin Problem'. Neutrino-nucleon elastic scattering is a unique method to determine directly Δs, while lepton DIS measures the partial moment of Δs. Extensive physics simulation has been done to study the sensitivity of the Δs determination at the J-PARC neutrino beam line using two liquid scintillator targets
