Electromagnetic oscillations of a magnetized plasma near the critical surface

Description
One shows that in plasma which density varies across force lines of magnetic field the electromagnetic oscillations localized near the critical surface may exist, These oscillations may spontaneously oscillate in non-equilibrium plasma of confined magnetic traps

Показано, что в плазме, плотность которой меняется в направлении поперек силовых линий магнитного поля, могут существовать электромагнитные колебания, локализованные вблизи критической поверхности.
