Resonance radiation from channeling particles

Description
The influence of the discreteness and periodicity of the channeling plane on quasiresonance radiation from relativistic electrons in crystals is considered. The elastic scattering by the periodic channeling potential causes the radiation spectrum to depend on the orientation of the longitudinal momentum relative to the crystallographic axes of the channeling plane. For plane channeling, the radiation intensity can be increased resonantly by suitably choosing the longitudinal electron momentum. 7 references
