On possibilities of determination of granular structure peculiarities for bismuth HTSC-ceramics according to electrical and magnetic properties
Description
Results of an investigation into the temperature dependences of specific resistance, thermoemf coefficient and diamagnetic response of HTSC-ceramics of different composition bismuth system are given. Different types of the granular structure of two-phase bismuth ceramics and their connection with the features of p(T), α(T) anf x(T) dependences are discussed. A possibility of determining the character of different phase distribution in the sample investigated according to a combination of these dependences for it is shown. Conclusions concerning the most typical granular structure for Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system are made
