Orientational dependence of the energy distribution of alkaline ions Na+, k+ passed through copper single crystal film

Effect of orientation of a copper thin crystal being shot through in relation to the Na+ and k+ ion beam with initial energy from 18 to 20 keV on the structure of energy distribution of ions passed through is investigated. It is shown that in case the direction of the primary ion beam coincides with the crystal channel axis and the plane of beam incidence - with a certain crystal plane, three incidence -with a certain crystal plane, three maxima caused by processes of axial and planar channeling and disordered motion of ions when passing through the crystal are detected in energy distribution of ions passed. It is shown that calculational histograms of energy distributions of ions passed through the crystal, obtained by simulation of ion trajectories computerized, agree satisfactorily with the experimental data
