The superconducting film microbridges with periodically modulated thickness
Description
The properties of the superconducting tin film microbridges with periodically modulated thickness prepared by electron-beam lithography with chemical plasma etching were investigated. The coherent vortex motion in this junction was observed in a high electromagnetic field
