Effect of laser pulsed radiation on volume properties of metallic and semiconductor materials
Creators
Description
The effect of pulse laser irradiation on structural changes in metals (Mo, Ni) and semiconductors (Si, N3Ga) is considered. Evidence on physical nature of defects introduced by laser irradiation is given, and their effect on physical properties of metals and semiconductors is discussed. Pulse laser treatment appears a promising means of bulk treatment of metals
