Specific features of neutral-reducing water treatment in the secondary circuit of the NPP with WWER

Description
The physico-chemical distribution of hydrazine between saturated steam and steam generator water is studied in the secondary circuit of the first unit of the Balakovo NPP at the coolant 6.4 MPa pressure and 278 deg C temperature. Hydrazine distribution coefficient for steam generators, i.e. the ratio its concentration in steam and water of steam generators excepting moisture is 0.25-0.3. Hydrazine distribution with steam extraction of the turbine and separate brings about the recirculation of its part which should be taken into account when calculating the dose for corrective condensate treatment
