Status of broken color symmetry
Description
Broken color symmetry is an attempt of a unconventional look at particle physics. Numerous interesting predictions are obtained, the tested ones in surprising agreement with experiment. Several details of this very speculative model will surely require severe modifications and additions as soon as more experimental information is available. (BJ)

Die Idee einer gebrochenen Farbsymmetrie ist ein unkonventioneller Zugang zur Elementarteilchenphysik. Man bekommt zahlreiche numerische Vorhersagen, wobei erstaunlicherweise die getesteten Aussagen gut mit den Experimenten uebereinstimmen. Zahlreiche Einzelheiten des spekulativen Modells werden sicher abgeaendert werden sobald die entsprechende experimentelle Information zur Verfuegung steht. (BJ)Additional details
