This report is Westinghouse Hanford Company's official inventory for high-level radioactive waste stored in underground tanks at the Hanford Site. Data that depict the status of stored high-level waste and tank vessel integrity are contained within the report. The intent of the report is to provide data on each of the existing 177 underground waste tanks, as well as to provide supplemental information regarding tank equipment, tank anomalies, and ongoing investigations
