Inclusive processes at high transverse momentum and the modified Kuti--Weisskopf model

The modified Kuti-Weisskopf model is applied to some additional processes like γ+N->γ+anything, γ+N->N+anything, N+N->γ+anything, and N+N->W+anything at high transverse momentum using the formalism of Berman, Bjorken, and Kogut.
