Electric fields in the mid-latitude ionosphere associated with the southward Bz JMF rotation

Description
Recording of variations of F-layer ionospheric heights of mid-latitude ionosphere is used as a tool to evaluate electrical field: its values, time sector of primary penetration, latitudinal dependence. Diagnostics possibility of IPS, Bz sign value by ground-base data is shown
