Study of dislocation motion effect on ZnSe electric conductivity
Description
The effect of dislocation motion on the ZnSe electric conductivity is investigated in a wide interval of plastic deformation rates. The decrease of the crystal electric conductivity at small dislocation rates is revealed. Rate and temperature characteristics of the effect in the investigated dislocation rate interval are dsecribed by the model taking into account the electron redistribution in the crystal electron subsystem during the motion of dislocations
