Description

Experimental data on influence of pores and fusible phases on creep in multiphase oxide ceramic materials are considered. It is shown that concentration of stresses determined by the form and size of pores does not affect behavior of ceramics under creep conditions. The pores decrease the contact cross section, which is smaller than the open area, when solely the pores area is made allowance for. The frame deformation is determined by the amount and viscosity of fusible phase, its composition and distribution depending on the amount of impurities. The fusible phase crystals increase effective viscosity of the material
