Description
The Hiroshima conference addressed the problems of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear arms, and confidence-building measures in Asia and the Pacific. The significance of efforts as the issue of 'Hiroshima prefecture declaration for the total abolition of nuclear weapons' is emphasised having in mind the experience of horrible devastation caused by first atomic bomb in human history
