On the reconstruction of potentials of an interaction of atoms and ions with solids surfaces

Description
The approximate function for the potential of an interaction of atoms is proposed. This function has the exponential asymptotic for large and Thomas-Fermi asymptotic for small values of its argument. On the basis of the approximate function the scattering differential section of the electrons by the atom is determined. Comparison was done with the computation according to Thomas-Fermi model. This potential can be used for a numerical simulation of the surface scattering process taking into account an interaction of electrons ions and atoms with solid surfaces.8 refs., 2 tabs
