Lower-hybrid wave current ramp-up and OH coil recharging in the Tokamak Engineering Test Breeder
Description
Theoretical study is made on the lower-hybrid wave current ramp-up and OH coil recharging. The nonlinear broadening of spectrum, the RF-induced-tail producing additional conductivity, and time evolution of average electron and ion temperatures are taken into account. Applying this model to the current ramp-up and OH coil recharging phase of the Tokamak Engineering Test Breeder (TETB), a set of optimum parameters has been obtained through numerical simulation, and comparative analysis are made
