Refined phase T,x-diagram of PbZrsub(1-x)Tisub(x)Osub(3) crystals

Description
By studying phase transformations in PbZrsub(1-x)Tisub(x)Osub(3) crystals with x<0.06 exact phase T, x-diagrams are plotted. The existence of two new phases in crystals of PbZrsub(1-x)Tisub(x)Osub(3) solid solutions is found. The new phases are studied for crystal optical and dielectric properties. Their physical nature is discussed
