The calculation of MX-ray correction factors for PIXE analysis by internal standard method

Description
The terms for the calculation of the MX-ray factors have been formulated for each elements 60 <= Z <= 92. These factors are accesible for PIXE X-ray spectrum analysis and quantitation by computer method. The calculated correction factors under our general experimental conditions were given. (author)
