A feasibility study of dynamic importance measure
Description
This paper discusses the importance measures used in Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA) applications especially focussing on their time-dependent behaviors. We find that the relative importance measures of basic events change as time goes on. Our study indicates that the time dependence of importance can alter the relative ranking of the importance measures of basic events
