This document presents the decision by the ASN (the French Nuclear Safety Authority) related to the detailed content of information which must be attached to authorization or authorization renewal demands according to an article of the French public health code. This decision concerns some nuclear activities: fabrication or use or possession of radionuclides, particle accelerators, or electrical devices emitting ionizing radiations, import or export of radionuclides, irradiation of any kind of products (including food products). An appendix describes the detailed content of the authorization demand file, and an other appendix the content of the authorization renewal demand file
