Alpha- and 8Be-spectroscopic factors of 20Ne and 24Mg
Description
The eigenvalue problem of the norm kernel for the α + α + 12C system is solved with a method of which the point is the pre-diagonalization procedure on the basis of the generating function technique. By using the results, α- and 8Be-spectroscopic factors are calculated and discussed for various parent (20Ne) and daughter (16O, 12C, 8Be) states. Results for 24Mg are also presented and discussed.
