Single-nucleon transfer reactions induced by 376-MeV /sup 17/O on /sup 208/Pb
- 1. Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37831
Description
The one-nucleon /sup 208/Pb(/sup 17/O,/sup 16/O) and /sup 208/Pb(/sup 17/O,/sup 18/F) transfer reactions have been investigated at E/sub lab/( /sup 17/O) = 376 MeV. The data were analyzed in terms of the distorted-wave Born approximation. The distorted-wave Born approximation predictions reproduce fairly well the bell shape of the various angular distributions and the relative intensities of the various single-particle and single-hole transitions
