Description
Diamagnetic ions such as the Moessbauer isotopes 121Sb, 119Sn demonstrate magnetic hyperfine splitting of the Moessbauer spectra, when put into magnetic solids. Three spinel systems were prepared to investigate the magnitudes of the supertransferred hyperfine field on the basis of the occupation of the crystallographic A-sites of the spinel structure by various metal ions.
