Master equation for level crossings

Description
It is shown that the ''extended time dependent Hartree Fock approximation'' cannot be applied to two isolated crossings if a Markov approximation is employed. In a collision of two nucleons in a time varying single particle potential, energy is not conserved; the collision may be off shell by a few MeV
