Description
Magnetic multicusp hydrogen discharges are originated by a beam of electrons, emitted by a filament and then accelerated by an applied voltage Vd, colliding with hydrogen target. Our earlier approach of this problem, consisting in the simultaneous solution of Boltzmann equation for electrons, vibrational master equations and plasma chemistry, has been improved here and applied to lower pressure discharge (P=4 mtorr)
