Therapy planning using CT

When we utilize the information, like a gantry angle and field size, from therapy planning unit, most important point would be a reappearance of patient geometry in the treatment unit. To make a patient geometry rigid, coordinate system, between CT unit, treatment simulator and treatment unit, has been developped, supporting by check list form. This form will also make it sure to alter a treatment system from conventional system to new CT planning system, without any confusion between treatment stuff. (author)
