Description
A mixture of cis- and trans-isomers of trifluoromethylironterracarbonyliodide is formed during interaction of difluoroiodomethanesulfofluoride with iron pentacarbonyl. Polyfluoroalkylirontetracarbonyliodides and pentacarbonylbromides of manganese and rhenium interact with silver methanedisulfofluoride with the formation of corresponding difluorosulfonylmethylcarbonyls of iron, manganese and rhenium. Trifluoromethyl- and hexafluoroisopropylirontetracarbonyliodides are symmetrizated under the effect of AgF in bis(polyfluoroalkyl) irontetracarbonyls. Characteristics of the complexes obtained (yield, melting temperature, PMR and NMR spectra) are presented
