Theory of phase diagram corresponding to oxygen ordering in YBa2Cu3O7-y

Description

For the transition of oxygen ordering type in YBa2Cu3O7-y an integer rational basis of invariants is calculated and investigated. The Landau potential describing a phase diagram which contains phases O(I) and O(II) is presented. A study is made into the limits of applicability for the forth degree phenomenological model. The phase diagram corresponding to the approach of Gorski-Bragg-Williams within frameworks of the adopted model is plotted

Для переходов типа упорядочения кислорода в YBa2Cu3O7-y вычислен и исследован целый рациональный базис инвариантов. Приведен потенциал Ландау, описывающий фазовую диаграмму, содержащую фазы O(I) и O(II). Проведено исследование пределов применимости феноменологической модели четвертой степени. Построена фазовая диаграмма, соответствующая приближению энтропии Горского-Брэгга-Вильямса в рамках принятой модели
