Why the steam generators are being replaced at Ringhals 2

Action to remedy leaks due to denting and stress corrosion cracking in the steam generator tubes of the Ringhals 2 PWR is reviewed. The factors considered when comparing the six different options are discussed and the decision to replace the steam generators is described. (UK)
