Description

Present article is devoted to innovative methods of obtainment of sunflower pectin polysaccharides. The yield and physicochemical parameters of pectin substances of sunflower baskets obtained by various methods were considered. Physicochemical and molecular mass parameters of pectin substances of sunflower baskets were discussed. Physicochemical parameters of pectin substances of sunflower baskets obtained by various methods were studied.
