Thermal conductivity of 3He and 4He crystals containing neon impurities
Description
Results of measurements of the thermal conductivity of crystals of 3He and 4He containing up to 1000 ppm Ne are presented. Rough values are given for the solubility of Ne in helium crystals formed at several molar volumes. The conductivity measurements are interpreted in terms of various scattering mechanisms including defect scattering of a resonant form. (author)
