Regulatory requirements for the local radiological emergency plans in Iraq
Description
Aiming at establishing requirements for the national organizations to prepare the Local Radiological Emergency Plans. The Iraqi Radioactive Source Regulatory Authority had prepared the requirements to establish these plans in Iraq. The regulatory requirements had included the mechanism, procedures required, responsibilities, measures for preparedness and response and the necessary physical requirements and human resources needed to ensure safe and effective response to minimize radiological exposures.
