Pressurized water reactor: impact of the dissolved hydrogen amount on the behaviour of structure materials

  • 1. CEA Saclay, Dept. de Physico-Chimie (DEN/DANS/DPC/SCCME), 91 - Gif sur Yvette (France)

Description

In this work is presented an example of the influence of the dissolved hydrogen amount on the corrosion behaviour of the materials forming the primary system of the pressurized water reactors. A presentation of the involved aging mechanisms is given too. (O.M.)
