Description
Reaction π-C → ppp+X at an incident momentum of 5 GeV/c has been investigated on the basis of data obtained from exposition of 1-m propane bubble chamber to the negative pion beam. Structures are detected at a level of four and nine standard deviations in pp and ppp effective mass spectra, which can be interpreted as indications to the existence of three-proton (M3p=3.27±0.02 GeV/c2, Γ=70±40 MeV/c2) and two-proton (M2p=2.19±0.01 GeV/c2, Γ=80±20 MeV/c2) resonances. The data on angular distributions in the rest frames of the resonances suggest a conclusion that two protons in the dibaryon (2190) are in the F wave, and one of possible decay channels of the three-baryon resonance is the dibaryon (2190) and proton in the P wave
