Physicochemical properties of alloys of ultrapure and technical aluminium with rare earth metals, antimony and elements of germanium subgroup
Description
Temperature dependence and change of thermodynamic functions of AK1, AK12, AK1M2 (rare earth metal) and AK7M2 (Ge, Sn, Pb) alloys has been determined. Changes of kinetic and energy characteristics of oxidation process of AK1, AK1M2 alloys on the basis of ultrapure aluminium A5N and AK7M2, AK12, AK12M2 on the basis of technical aluminium with rare earth metals, elements of germanium subgroup and antimony in a solid state have been defined. The place of modifying elements in formation of phase composition of oxidation products of AK1, AK1M2, AK7M2, AK12 and AK12M2 alloys with rare earth metals, elements of germanium subgroup and antimony has been determined and their role in oxidation mechanism has been defined. The dependencies of change of anode characteristics of AK1, AK1M2, AK7M2, AK12 and AK12M2 alloys on content of rare earth metals (Sc, Y, Ce, Pr, Nd), elements of germanium subgroup (Ge, Sn, Pb) and antimony in the medium of NaCl electrolyte of various concentration have been studied.
